A written agreement between Royal Air Systems, Inc. and you, a Maintenance Agreement provides not only for maintenance of your heating and cooling equipment, but also for your peace of mind, knowing that we are here whenever you need us, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

 

The Benefits of a Service Agreement Include:

• Peace of Mind: Automatic, periodic inspection, lubrication, adjustment, and cleaning of your heating and cooling system keep it running at peak, trouble-free efficiency. Potential problems are spotted before they cause trouble.

• Competent Experts at Your Service: A competent, trained, NATE Certified, dependable staff of experts available at your convenience.

• Priority Scheduling: Planned Service increases system reliability, but should you need emergency service, a Maintenance Agreement entitles you to preferential treatment.

• Choice of Programs: You choose the program that works for you, the Planned Service Agreement or the Planned Maintenance Agreement.

 

Planned Service Agreement

This premier service agreement covers parts as outlined on the agreement and labor with no additional expense for service on the covered equipment.  This agreement is suitable for the customer who wants to pay once and have the peace of mind that they are covered for most problems 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

Planned Maintenance Agreement

With this maintenance agreement, you would be entitled to one annual appointment to service the equipment for a fixed price per year.  However, if during this maintenance call we discover serious problems with the equipment, we will quote you a price for the repair with a discounT.  The price would be in addition to the agreement cost for the covered equipment.  If you call for emergency service, we would come out for the $89.95 diagnostic and travel repair fee.  This agreement provides  you with priority  service for you’re your emergency needs.  If the call is after hours, there is an additional $60.00 cost.  This agreement is ideally suited to the customer with a limited budget and fairly new equipment.
